Opposability of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

The placement of an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other document (brochures, catalogs, etc.) which are for informational purposes only.
Any contrary condition stipulated by the customer, unless formally accepted by the company, will be unenforceable, regardless of when it was communicated.

Reception of Orders

Upon receipt of an order, an order confirmation or invoice is issued, detailing the products ordered. The client's signature on the document constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

Estimation and Quotation

Upon request, a quotation or cost estimate for the products is provided. The detailed quotation may include additional fees if in-depth research is required. No product will be shipped without the client's prior consent.

Product Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change in cases of force majeure or stock shortages. The client will be informed of any delays and must take delivery as soon as possible after notification.

Payment

Orders are payable in full at the time of purchase. A deposit may be required for specific or pre-ordered products. In the event of non-payment, the company reserves the right to suspend delivery or exercise a lien on the products, in accordance with legal provisions.

Product Warranty

The products are covered by a one-year contractual warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the date of invoicing. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear,
  • Improper use,
  • Faulty storage or maintenance.

Returns and Claims

Any return or claim must be reported within 7 days after receipt of the products. Returns of unused products, in their original packaging, are accepted subject to prior agreement.

Waste Collection and Disposal

The company is committed to complying with regulations regarding the collection and recycling of packaging and waste associated with the products.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France, according to common law rules.
